Boy does this make me mad! Best Buy is supposedly offering a FREE copy of Heroes Season 1 instantly with the purchase of the Xbox 360 HD DVD player. Then again, I did get 300 and The Departed on a HD DVD/DVD combo disc, and no sales tax, for free through Amazon.com. So let's see.. I saved about $15 in sales tax and $70 on the two free movies (since they're usually around $35 each in a store), so I guess it's somewhat fair. And I will end up watching The Departed and 300 much more than Heroes Season 1... Sorry, I had to think that out loud, I feel a little better now...Friday, October 19, 2007
